Mrs. Anna Herbner

Mrs. Anna M. Herbner, 90, of 601 Southern Ave. SE, Washington, D.C., died Saturday, Aug. 21 in Washington.

She was a native of West Point and was born March 11, 1881, the daughter of Gerhard and Elizabeth Harmeyer Snaadt.

She lived at West Point until she moved to Washington 30 years ago.

She was married to the late John Herbner in West Point on Oct. 16, 1907.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Betty Hahn, Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Catherine Belke, Sparta, Wis., and sister Louise Herbner of St. Paul, Ia.; eight grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral was at St. Mary's Catholic church at 2 p.m. Thursday, Fr. Francis J. Lenoch officiated. Burial was at Calvary cemetery.
