Kenneth Johnston

FAIRFIELD - Kenneth L. Johnston, 62, of 1013 Grand Park Drive died at 11 p.m. July 12, 1984, in Jefferson County Hospital, Fairfield.

He was born July 22, 1921, at Birmingham to Ralph and Ava Clark Johnston. He married Eva Hootman on Nov. 23, 1950. A production worker at Rockwell International for 17 years, he lived his entire life in Birmingham and Fairfield. He was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Dorothy Johnston of Denison; a son, Michael of Fairfield; his father, Ralph of Fairfield; two grandchildren; and three brothers, Wesley of Burlington, Donald of Fairfield and Charles of Pittsburg, Pa.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Behner Funeral Home, the Rev. Carl B. Riggs officiating. The body will be cremated.

Memorials may be made to the heart fund.
