MARY ELIZABETH TRIGG

Mary Elizabeth Ware was born in Van Buren county, Iowa, December 14, 1842. In August, 1861, she was married to W. A. Trigg, to which union there were born six children, four of whom are now living, as follows: Thomas Elsworth, Clarence J., Fred Clyde and Anna Stewart. In 1878 with her husband and family she came to Kansas, locating first in Linn county. In 1887 she came to Garnett, where she resided until last Tuesday evening at 6:30 o'clock, when she departed this life. For 15 years she had been a sufferer during a greater part of the time. In 15 weary years the days free from pain could be counted by a single figure; but in that time her patient endurance, her fervent submission and her unchanging love revealed the process by which God makes and molds into perfection His beloved saints, through suffering and affliction. The bereaved family have the sympathy of their many Van Buren county friends.
