Sarah Opal Watts

FARMINGTON - Sarah Opal Watts, 88, Bonaparte, died at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, at Van Buren County Memorial hospital.

She was born on Nov. 29, 1893 at Pittsburgh, Iowa.

Miss Watts had lived most of her life in Bonaparte. She was a member of the Bonaparte Methodist church.

Surviving are a sister, Cora Hopp, San Marcos, Calif.; a nephew and a niece.

She was preceded in death by a brother in infancy. Her parents were Samuel B. and Emma Louderbaugh Watts.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Bonaparte Presbyterian church with the Rev. Jim Rozendaal officiating. Burial will be in Pittsburgh cemetery near Keosauqua.

Friends may call Friday evening at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington.
