Lillie Keller, Canada, Dies

Mrs. Lillie May Keller, 87, former Jefferson County resident, died Saturday in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada in the Care Center Hospital.

She was born April 11, 1887 in Jefferson county near Salina, the daughter of Henry J. and Emma C. Brodd Rubey. On December 3, 1906 she married Gus A. Keller. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in 1971 and he died June 11, 1972. They moved from Jefferson County in 1913. Memorials to be made to the cancer fund.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Weston Behner Funeral Home at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. Carl Mast, pastor of the Stockport Christian Church, with burial in Spencer Cemetery northeast of Stockport.

She is survived by one brother, Charles Rubey of Fairfield. She was preceded by three sisters and one brother.
