Georgiana Busby

MONTROSE - Mrs. Georgiana Shannon Busby, 87, of rural Ft. Madison, died at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday in Ft. Madison Community Hospital.

She was born Dec. 16, 1889, near Cantril.

Survivors include a son, Shannon Busby of Luray, Mo.; three daughters, Mrs. Ward (Selena) Calvert of Montrose, Mrs. Charles (Osa) Haster of Burlington and Mrs. Stuart (Lyda) Vise of Ft. Madison; and a sister, Idamae Webster of Wyaconda, Mo.

Her husband and five brothers preceded her in death.

Services were held Thursday at Barr Memorial Chapel in Ft. Madison.

Burial was in Mt. Marriah Cemetery near Arbela, Mo.
