KAHOKA, Mo. - Services for Carl F. Mack, 77, of Wayland, who died Wednesday, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Shaffer and Sons Funeral Home at Kahoka with the Rev. John Varner officiating.

Burial will be in the Bonaparte Cemetery at Bonaparte, Ia.

Visitation will be today and from 7-9 p.m. tonight.

He was born April 29, 1903 at Bonaparte, the son of John and Martha Rose Schau Mack. He married Effie Maxine Higgins in 1937. She preceded him in death 1948.

He was a member of the Lutheran Church of Fort Madison and was a retired blacksmith.

Survivors include sons Lawrence and Orville of Wayland and Marvin of Fort Madison; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
