Death of Mrs. Ida McMullen.

IDA MAY FORD was born in Wayne county, Ohio, Jan. 25th, 1875. Died in Birmingham, Iowa, Jan. 29th, 1913, aged 38 years and 4 days.

In her infancy her parents moved to Winchester, Iowa. Here Ida’s girlhood was spent. In 1898 she was united in marriage with Samuel McMullen. The young couple moved to Birmingham, where the remainder of the deceased life was spent.

To this union was born four children. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, one son and twin girls, and one brother.

She lived a christian life, devoted to her family, and died a triumphant death. With prayer and songs of praise she demonstrated the power of faith in God to sustain a soul in the hour of death.

She was a faithful member of the Methodist church.

A faithful and devoted wife, kind and affectionate mother has gone to her reward.

Funeral services were held in the M. E. church Friday at 11 a.m., conducted by Rev. E**ner of Stockport in the presence of a church filled with sorrowing relatives and friends and burial was beside the loved ones who sleep in the Winchester cemetery.
