Mrs. Edith Moreland

Mrs. Edith Moreland, 84, of Farmington died Wednesday morning, Sept. 11, at 12:30 at home. Death was sudden.

She was the daughter of Daniel and Nancy Johnston Buckles born Feb. 29, 1884 at Mt. Sterling, Iowa.

She was married to Edgar C. Moreland Nov. 18, 1922, at Mt. Sterling. He died March 3, 1964.

She is survived by a son, Edgar C. Moreland, Jr. of Minneapolis, Minn., and a granddaughter.

The funeral service was held Friday, Sept. 13, at 2 p.m. in Miller's Home for Funerals, Farmington, with the Rev. Harold Schirm, pastor officiating. Burial was in Greenglade cemetery.
