Robert "Bobby" Witmer, 67, of Farmington, IA, passed away May 27, 2017, at the Donnellson Health Center.

Born April 21, 1950, in South Carolina, he was the adopted son of C.R. “Cap” and Regina Olobry Witmer.

Survivors include his sister Donna (Jim) Snead of Keosauqua, IA. He is also survived by several cousins living in Milwaukee, WI, Monticello, IA, and Kentucky and aunts living in Milwaukee and Maxwell.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Bobby enjoyed riding his bicycle around Farmington. He loved animals especially dogs. He was always smiling. His body has been entrusted to the Schmitz Funeral Home for cremation.

A graveside service will be at a later date in the Greenglade Cemetery at Farmington.

The Schmitz Funeral Home of Farmington is assisting the family with arrangements.
