Cynthia "Cindy' Mineart unexpectedly departed this earth on May 15, 2017. She lived in Keosauqua, IA, for the majority of her life. She accomplished many things in her short life, but the thing she was most proud of was being a mother to her two children, Bryson Edward James and Corinna Marie Mineart.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Raleigh Annis Jr., and her former husband, Brock Mineart. Survivors include her children, Bryson and Corinna Mineart, her companion Scotton Starnes, her mother Lana Annis; siblings, Tracy Cardenas, Ricki (Dave) Krcmarik, Patty Lefler, Raleigh "Capp" (Nicole) Annis and Shelby (Tad) Runyon, and her in-laws, Charlie and Gloria Starnes.

There will be a celebration of life for Cindy, in conjunction with the celebration of life for her father, on May 20, 2017, at Wildwood Park in Ottumwa IA, at 3 p.m.
