Ross A. Garmoe

Ross A. Garmoe, 71, rural Hillsboro, died July 30 at Memorial Hospital, Mt. Pleasant.

Garmoe was born April 6, 1897 near Hillsboro, the son of George and Nina Robey Garmoe. He was married to Lois Alters Nov. 22, 1920.

Surviving are the following children: Chase Garmoe, Hillsboro; Ross Garmoe, Berkeley, Calif., Mrs. Everett Watson, Salem, Mrs. Alvin Nichols, Swedesburg, Mrs. Russell Spearman, Sac City, Mrs. William Moehle, Mediapolis, Mrs. Perry Parsons, Forest Lake, Minn. and Mrs. Leroy Holiday, Elko, Nev.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Aug. 1 at the Glasgow Methodist church. Burial was in Glasgow Cemetery.
