Roy Farrell

Roy V. Farrell, 52, of Vienna, Mo., died Tuesday evening, June 4 at his home.

Mr. Farrell was born Dec. 28, 1915, in Clark county, Mo. He had lived in Argyle until three years ago when he moved to Vienna. He married Lennie Maxwell, who died previously. He was a farmer and a member of the String Prairie Catholic church.

Surviving are his father, James E. Farrell, Vienna; a son, Larry, and a daughter, Kathy, at home; three brothers, Leo of Argyle, Raymond of Sutherland, Neb., and John of Ft. Madison; a sister, Mrs. Rita O'Brien, Ft. Madison.

Services were held Friday, June 7, at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Roman Catholic church at String Prairie with the Rev. Anthony Geerts officiating. Burial was in String Prairie cemetery. Miller's Home for Funerals at Donnellson was in charge of arrangements.
