HUBERT C. DICKMAN

Hubert C. Dickman, 59, of Monroe, a rural mail carrier for 30 years at Monroe, died last week at Collins Memorial Hospital at Knoxville following surgery. Mr. Dickman started carrying mail in 1926 in Florida. He was a rural mail carrier at Selma in 1936 and 1937 and went to Monroe from here. He is survived by his wife, Elva, daughter Susan, and son Richard and four grandchildren; a sister, brother and his mother. Mr. and Mrs. Garold Hughes and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Bailey attended the funeral services at Monroe Wednesday.
