Wilbur E. Duvall

Wilbur E. Duvall, 80, retired hardware dealer from Stockport, died Monday at 3:05 p.m. at Memorial hospital, Keosauqua. He had been seriously ill one month and in failing health several years.

Born Nov. 24, 1883, at Mackinaw, Ill., he was the son of James and Roberta McQueen Duvall. He was married March 8, 1911 to Bessie Smith, who survives.

He was a member of the Workman Masonic lodge at Stockport community over 45 years and was in the hardware business 25 years until retiring several years ago.

Survivors besides his widow are two sons, Edwin of Portland, Ore., and James of Aurora, Ill.; six grandchildren and a sister, Isa Duvall of Pekin, Ill. He was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.

The body is at Weston Behner Funeral Home, Fairfield.

Funeral services are pending.
