MRS. BONNIE NIXON

Mrs. Bonnie L. Nixon, 75, died Tuesday, Sept. 14 at 1:55 p.m. at Memorial Hospital at Keosauqua, where she had been a patient two days. She had been ill for two weeks.

Born July 27, 1890, in Fairfield, she was the daughter of George W. and Emma Jane Houston McKee. She resided most of her life in the Stockport community.

Survivors include a son, Webb of Stockport; three daughters, Mrs. Elmer Edwards of Des Moines, Mrs. Cecil Hudson of Rock Island, Ill. and Mrs. Vergil Bradfield of Stockport; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Fenton McKee of Stockport; and two sisters, Mrs. Eldon Wright of Stockport and Mrs. Wayne Gilchrist of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by three children and two brothers.

The funeral service was held Thursday, Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. at Weston Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Chester C. Werft officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery at Fairfield.
