Mrs. Charles Gage

Mrs. Charles H. Gage passed away at her home in Fairfield Monday evening, Sept. 25, following a long illness. She was the former Florence Nightingale Corry, and was born on a farm east of Birmingham July 1, 1869. Most of her life has been lived in and near Fairfield, and she was married to Chas. H. Gage April 6, 1893. She is survived by her husband and one half-sister, Mrs. Martha Donald of Seymour and several nieces and nephews. She is also related to the Corry and Burden families here. Funeral services were held from the Murray Funeral home Thursday at 2:30 p.m. with burial in Evergreen cemetery at Fairfield.
