I have two obituaries for her:

OBITUARY.

Esther May Marriott was born near Vernon, July 30, 1870, died near Memphis, Mo., Feb. 7, 1907, aged 30 years 6 months and 8 days.

She united with the M.E. church at Vernon at the age of 16 years under the ministry of Rev. R.L. Paterson of which she has ever since been a faithful member; for several years she was a teacher in the public schools.

In August 1890 she became the wife of Ocy McIntosh. To this union was born six children, two sons and four daughters. The oldest son preceeding her to the better land.

Her's was a busy life; a loving daughter, a faithful sister, a devoted wife and a noble mother.

She leaves to mourn a husband and five children, a father and two brothers.

OBITUARY

Ester Mary Marriott was born near Vernon, Iowa, July 30, 1870, and died near Memphis, Mo., Feb. 7, 1907, being 36 years, 6 months and 8 days. She united with the M. E. Church at Vernon at the age of sixteen years, under the ministery of Rev. R. L. Patterson, of which church she had been a faithful member. For several years she was a teacher in the public schools. July 20, 1890 she became the wife of Ocy E. McIntosh. To this union were born six children--two sons and four daughters. The oldest son, Shannie, passed from this life at the age of eighteen months. Her's was a busy life, a loving daughter, a faithful sister, a devoted wife and a noble mother. She leaves to mourn hre loss, a husband and five children, her father, David Marriott, of Vernon Township, Iowa, and two brothers, Harley, of Rochester, N. Y., and William, of Des Moines.

Mrs. Ocy McIntosh died very suddenly at her home in Brock last Thursday. She was sick but a few hours and her sudden death was a severe shock to her many acquaintances. The body was taken to Vernon, Iowa, her former home, on Saturday for interment. The bereaved family have the sincere sympathy of a host of friends in their sad affliction.
