LIZZIE A. MCINTOSH

Lizzie A., daughter of James and Mary Wiley, was born Nov. 5, 1862, in Des Moines township, and died of heart failure caused by lung fever Jan. 21, 1904, at her home in Henry township, aged 41 years, 2 months and 16 days. She lived with her parents at the place of her birth until her marriage to John W. McIntosh, Nov. 30, 1884, since which time she lived in this county except one year spent in California. To this union were born five children: Curtis W., Harry L., Arthur W., and Floyd D., all of whom are living, and Clara B. who died May 3, 1901. In 1879, the deceased united with the M. E. church at Home Prairie. She leaves a husband, four sons, mother, one sister and two brothers to mourn their loss. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Carson at Center Chapel, Jan. 24, 1904, and although a very cold day a large number of friends and neighbors gathered to pay their last tribute of love and respect to the earthly remains of a faithful friend and neighbor.

Lizzie's husband was a second cousin of mine. I have additional information and would like to correspond with others related to this family.
