Harold Cheney

Harold Cheney, 83, died Oct. 8, 1983, in Van Buren County Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua.

He was born Jan. 28, 1900, near Millersburg to W.H. and Rosa Fish Cheney.

He is survived by a daughter, Ruth Ann Worth of Milton; six grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth of Deep River; and three sisters; Edith Stoker of Grinnell, Evelyn Wanous of Collinsville, Ill., and Velma Fiscella of Daytona Beach, Fla.

A graveside service was held Wednesday at Sunnyside Cemetery at Milton, the Rev. Charles Butler officiating.

Memorials may be made to the Milton Library.
