Clara Riddington

BLOOMFIELD. - Clara May Riddington, 73, died Thursday at Windsor, Colo.

The service was held today at the First Baptist Church, Rev. Virgil Bopp officiated. Burial was in I.O.O.F. Cemetery. The body arrived Sunday at the Wagler Funeral Home.

She was the daughter of Frank and Lydia Cecil Palmer Pender and was born near Stockport. Her husband, C.E. Riddington, was a school teacher and Baptist minister. He died in 1944. She attended Southern Iowa Normal here and also was a teacher. They had lived in Bloomfield.

Surviving are two sons, Albert Riddington of Beatrice, Neb., and Walter Riddington of Windsor, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Max Kalich of Farmington, N.M.; and two brothers, Phil Pender of Milton and Hollis Pender of Cedar Rapids.
