Mrs. Frank Marmion

Funeral for Mrs. Frank Marmion was held from the Methodist church at 2 p.m. Thursday, the rites being in charge of Rev. Shaw of Cantril. Her death occurred Tuesday afternoon, June 7, at Rochester, Minn., hospital where she had been a patient for two seeks. Her health began to fail more than two years ago. As a young woman she resided for several years in and around Mt. Sterling, later moving to Farmington many years ago. She was 68 years of age.

While residing at Mt. Sterling she was united in marriage with the late Wm. Todd, prominent farmer, who preceded her in death. She was then married to Frank Marmion who survives her, also two brothers, Walter Prall of Creston and Chas. Prall of East St. Louis, and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Todd of Mt. Sterling, and Mrs. Florence Watkins who has been here for some time helping care for her sister, and was with her when she passed away.

Mrs. Marmion was well known here. She was a kind, friendly woman who had a large circle of friends. She was a member of the Mt. Sterling Christian church. Burial took place in the family lot at the Farmington cemetery.
