Roger Levi Haganman, age 83, of rural Stockport, died December. 8 at the Keosauqua Health Care Center.

He was born December 6, 1933, at Swedesburg, IA, the son of Robert and Eva Lee Haganman.

He lived most of his life in Van Buren County. He graduated from Birmingham High School in 1951.

Roger married Janet Umphrey on October 12, 1952, in Fairfield.

Roger farmed and raised quarter horses. During the winters he worked at the King Ranch in Texas.

Deceased family members include his daughter and her husband, Kathie and Ed Stanton, his parents, one sister, Doris Barker, and two brothers, George and Virgil Haganman, and three infant sibilings.

Surviving are his wife Janet, two grandsons: Heath Teeter of Bonaparte and Asa Stanton and wife Andrea of Warner Robins, GA, and one great-granddaughter, Shanley Stanton of Warner Robins, GA.

Funeral Services were held December 12, 2016, at the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham with Pastor Rick Zickefoose officiating. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery at Birmingham. Arrangements were in the care of the Raymond Funeral Home in Birmingham.
