Mrs. Clara Maddix

John Byers received word this week of the death of his sister, Mrs. Clara Byers Maddix which occurred in Oakland, Calif., April 8th. She was about 70 years of age and spent her early life in and near Birmingham. She is survived by two children, Clate and Leota, both of California, and three brothers, Omer of Fairfield, John of Birmingham and Riley of Houston, Texas.
