Mrs. Eliza Ann TuttMrs. Eliza Ann Tutt died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Boyer near Farmington, Dec. 6, after an illness of five months. Her age was 82 years, 8 months and 17 days. Her maiden name was Eliza Ann White and she was born in Brown county, Ohio, Feb. 19, 1862.
She was united in marriage to Lyman Tutt, Granville, Ill., on Feb. 17, 1881. To this union four children were born, Robert N. Tutt of Greenville, Mich., Ethel A. Sweet of Galt, Iowa, Carrie E. Boyer of Farmington, and S.Sgt. Eldin L. Tutt, somewhere in Belgium.
Besides these children she leaves to mourn her passing two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Soford of Tonica, Ill., and Mrs. Grace Waters of Peoria, Ill., three brothers, Thomas White, and Richard White of Clarion, Iowa, and John White of Los Angeles, Calif., and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held in the Farmington Baptist church f which she was a member, Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the pastor Rev. Warren L. Green officiating.
