Mrs. Peter R. Keck, who until a few years ago lived at Bentonsport, died Sunday night at her home in Des Moines after a long illness. She was widely acquinted throughout Van Buren county. She was a woman of beautiful and inspiring Christian character and had many accomplishments of mind. She was a member of the Presbyterian church. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon in the Presbyterian church at Bentonsport, Rev. Mr. McElhiny conducting the services.

She is survived by her husband, one son, Hugh B. Keck, and two daughters, Misses Edna and Bertha Keck.
