Death of Mrs. McKibbin.

Mr. Geo. C. Duffield and Mrs. Julia E. McKibbin went to Bloomfield Saturday to attend the funeral of Mrs. John McKibbin of that place. Mrs. McKibbin was the mother of Dr. McKibbin who resided here a number of years ago and whose death occurred here; she was also the mother of Mr. Chas. J. McKibbin of Mt. Sterling, this county. Mrs. McKibbin was 85 years old, and died of old age.

Mr. John McKibbin, husband of Mrs. McKibbin, and sheriff of Davis county four terms, has been very low with pneumonia and it is not supposed he is living at this writing. Mr. McKibbin formerly resided in Pittsburg precinct, this county. He is 85 years old, and one of the noblest men who ever lived.
