Mrs. Drummond, wife of Mr. Martin Drummond of Pittsburg, died Monday 4:35 a.m., and was buried yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Drummond was a sister of Mr. Dave Clemens of this place. She was a very nice lady and esteemed by all who knew her. She had been a long and patient sufferer. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Carson of this place, the interment being at the Pittsburg cemetery.

Mrs. Drummond was born June 11, 1845, in Tuscarora County, Ohio. She was married to M.V. Drummond July 3, 1863. Four children were born to them, two dying in infancy, and two surviving, Mrs. Della M. Cooksey and Mr. Guy Drummond.
