CASS DAVIS

Grover Davis, received a letter written Feb. 2 and sent by air mail, giving some of the particulars of the death of his brother, Cass, of Delia, Alberta, Canada.

He became seriously ill on Wednesday morning, Jan. 26, and was taken to a hospital at Drumheller. After an X-ray examination an operation was preformed and it was found that he was suffering from acute appendicitis. He passed away on Monday morning, Jan. 31.

The funeral service was held at the Presbyterian church in Innissail on Thursday, Feb. 3, with interment in Innissail cemetery.

Surviving are his wife and one son, Roy of Canada; also two brothers, Grover of Bonaparte, and Earl of Seattle, Wash.; and two sisters, Mrs. Zula Payne of Marked Tree, Ark., and Mrs. Elizabeth Clark of Chariton, Iowa.
