LIFELONG RESIDENT HERE FOR 84 YEARS

Mary Anna Farmer, died at 8 p.m. Sunday at her home in the Big Cedar neighborhood. She had been ill about two months.

She was born and reared and spent her entire life on the same farm.

Miss Farmer was born February 24, 1867, and died November 18, at the age of 84 years, eight months and 24 days. She was the daughter of Samuel and Margaret Newlon Farmer. Four brothers and two sisters preceded her. She is the last of a the family and is survived by seven nieces. She had made her home with one of the nieces, Mrs. W.C. Huff, and husband for the past 11 years.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at the Big Cedar Christian church with the Rev. Elmer Fritz, in charge. Burial was in the Spencer cemetery near Stockport.
