HAZEN GASTON PASSES AWAY

Hazen W. Gaston, 46, died early this morning at his home, 1021 Avenue F. Mrs. Harry Robinson his sister and with whom Mr. Gaston made his home, called him at the usual time this morning. Getting no answer she entered his room and found him. It is thought he passed away in his sleep early this morning.

Mr. Gaston was born in Milton, Iowa, September 23, 1892. He had been a resident of Fort Madison for 37 years. He was a window decorator and sign painter. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church. Fraternally, he was a member of the W.O.W.

Mr. Gaston is survived by one brother, George Gaston, Chicago, and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Robinson and Mrs. Harry Shephard(sp), both of this city.

Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon in Clements' chapel with the Rev. A.L. Angersbach, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery.
