MRS. LAURA JEMISON

Mrs. Laura E. Jemison, age 71, died at her home in Mt. Sterling last Thursday noon after an illness of heart trouble. Funeral services were held in Mt. Sterling church Saturday afternoon with burial in Pittsburg cemetery.

Her husband died in 1927. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd Syfert and Miss Wanda Jemison of Keosauqua; and three sons, Lynn, at home, Lloyd of Keosauqua, and Raymond of Newton; also two grandchildren, Helen Jemison of Keosauqua and Raymond Jemison, Jr. of Newton.
