MRS. HARRY MASTERS BURIED MONDAY

Well Known Young Woman Brought Back to Old Home for Final Resting Place.

Farmington people were shocked Saturday, when word came that Ethel Burrier Masters had passed away at her Minneapolis home. She had grown to young womanhood, here among those who knew and respected her so well. Only a few years ago she married and with her husband moved to Keokuk, then to Davenport, later to Cedar Rapids and finally to Minneapolis. The words had gone out sometime ago that an operation would not save her life and that she could only live a little while, yet her death was a shock to her many friends.

Ethel Burrier, daughter of Iowa and Mary Burrier was born July 18, 1886 and grew to womanhood here. She graduated from the Farmington High School.

She was married to Harry B. Masters, April 5th, 1911.

She is survived by her mother, her husband, two children, two brothers and two sisters.

Accompanied by the husband, a brother and sisters, the remains arrived here Monday morning and were immediately taken to the City cemetery, on the hill, overlooking the old home. A short service was held at the grave conducted by Rev. J.P. Hehner of the Methodist church, assisted by Rev. Cochran.
