SKINNER

Our people heard with sorrow of the demise of Mrs. Walrade Skinner who formerly resided near Birmingham, of late years resident of California. Her death occurred at the hospital at Pass Robles at 6 o'clock p.m. Aug. 15. Her affliction was sciatic rheumatism, which caused heart failure. Mrs. Skinner was well known in this locality. She was of a cheerful disposition, always saw the humorous side of things. She loved to sing and have a jolly time. She was interred at Pass Robles, as she had expressed a wish to be buried there. Our hearts go out in sympathy to the bereaved ones, especially our fellow-townsman D. Skinner who has lived to see all of his people pass to the Great Beyond.
