John White Passes Away.

John White, a citizen of Van Buren county for many years, died at his home in Keosauqua Monday night, Dec. 19, at 12:15 o'clock, his age being 78. He had been in declining health for several months. He leaves a widow and several children and step-children, all married, and a number of grandchildren. He affiliated with the Salvation Army, and a Captain of that faith will be secured, if possible, to preside at the funeral which will be at the Pittsburg church on Thursday. An obituary later.
