DANIEL WEBSTER COOKSEY

Daniel Webster Cooksey, 72, died at his home in Pittsburg Tuesday noon after a lingering illness.

He was born near Lebanon, Iowa, and had lived in that vicinity all his life. His wife, the former Della Mae Drummond, died in 1927. He is survived by a son, Raymond, and a brother at Libertyville.

Funeral services were held at Keosauqua Wednesday afternoon, with burial at Pittsburg.
