Keosauquan Leaves Wife, Son, Grandson, 2 Sisters, Brother; Rites to Be Friday

Charles M. Richardson, father of the Keosauqua postmaster, died in Keosauqua about 5 o'clock Wednesday morning. He had suffered a stroke of paralysis Friday.

Mr. Richardson, who was 72 years old, was born at Eddyville. He was in the lumber business in Tingley and Leon and came to Keosauqua 16 years ago. He was an honorary elder of the Christian church.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Clyde Richardson of Keosauqua; a grandson; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Nelson and Mrs. M. Moore of Racine, Wis., and one brother, John Richardson of Muscatine.

Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Keith Van ?orn at the Keosauqua Christian church at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon.
