MRS. RIEDEL FALLS AND BREAKS HIP
Mrs. Sarah Riedell fell on the porch of the home of her nephew in Keokuk, one day last week and broke her hip. Mrs. Riedell was a life long resident of Keosauqua until going to Keokuk last fall to make her home with her nephew, Harry Minnich, after the death of her brother, John Minnich. Her condition is reported as serious.

SARAH REIDELLMrs. Sarah Minnick Reidell, the daughter of Samuel and Julia Minnick, was born at Keosauqua May 6th, 1853, and died Jan. 7, 1933 at Keokuk. She was married in April, 1881, to Andrew Reidell, who preceded her in death some 25 years ago. One son born to this union, died at the age of six years. She is survived by one sister in Des Moines, Mrs. Butler Beer, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held in the Keosauqua Methodist church Monday afternoon, Jan. 9, 1933, at two o'clock, in charge of Rev. M.E. Hayes. Interment in Purdom cemetery.
