McMillon Rites Set

Mrs. Dale McMillan, 46, 907 N. Twelfth, died suddenly at 9:45 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had just arrived by ambulance.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Free Methodist Church with the Rev. George Koch officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The body is at the Weston Behner Funeral home.

Martha Elizabeth, daughter of Emery and Byrl Holmes Drake, was born Dec. 12, 1927 at Birmingham. She was married to Dale S. McMillan Jan. 10, 1952, at Keosauqua. She had lived in the Fairfield area for over 44 years, and was a member of the Free Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Diana E. Jones, Fairfield; one grandchild; her mother, Mrs. Byrl McIntire, Fairfield; and a brother, Raymond McIntire, also of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter.
