Mrs. F.M. McClurg Dies At Keosauqua

KEOSAUQUA. - Margaret Josephine McClurg, wife of Dr. F.M. McClurg of Keosauqua, died about 10 p.m. Friday of a heart attack at her home.

Born near Keosauqua, she was the daughter of A.W. and Carolyn Roberts. She had always lived in this community. She was a member of the Congregational church and chapter I of the P.E.O. sisterhood.

Surviving are her husband, a son, Dr. Haven McClurg of Fairfield; three brothers, Ralph S., Frank and Neil Roberts, all of California; and a sister, Mrs. R.S. Overman of Keosauqua.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Congregational church. The Rev. Homer E. Dalrymple will be in the Purdom cemetery. The body is at the Burnett-Catcott funeral home.
