Mr. Murphy was a member of a large family of ten children and is survived by two brothers Allen O. of Brook Park, Minn., and Joseph of Lick Creek, Wyo.; also one sister Mrs. Alice McIntosh of Des Moines. He was the grandfather of 18 children and the great grandfather of 3, one of whom preceded him in death.

Besides those of immediate relatives mentioned above Mr. Murphy’s going is mourned by many more distantly related, and by many more friends.
