Patricia Lynn Russell McNabb Fageol, 57, of Ottumwa, formerly of Keosauqua, died August 20, 2014, at Good Samaritan-Ottumwa following a lengthy illness. She was born September 28, 1956, at Emporia, KS, to James and Goldie Birkmann Russell and married Randy McNabb in January 1974 in Lebanon and James Fageol in May 2000 in Burlington. Patricia lived most of her life in Keosauqua. She was a member of the Keosauqua Christian Church, Beer-Barker Unit 113 American Legion Auxiliary, and TOPS.

Surviving are two daughters, Stacey Ekwall (Rob) 0f Ottumwa and Michelle Casey (Matt) of York, NE, two granddaughters, Alexandria Casey of Davenport and Kerstin Casey of York, NE, two ex-husbands, Randy McNabb and James Fageol, her mother, Goldie Russell Davis (Paul) of Keosauqua, a brother, Duane Russell (Pete) of Jefferson, IA, two sisters, Carol Strah (Duane) of Ames and Marilou Harryman (Jeff) of Winterset, seven nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, James Russell.

Funeral services were held August 23, 2014, at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with Pastors Matt Casey end Jeff Crowder officiating. Burial was in Fellows Cemetery, Keosauqua.
