Mrs. Roy Drew

Irene Allen Drew was born at Aurora, Ill., Aug. 8, 1893, and departed this life at her home in Keosauqua, Iowa, Dec. 15, 1936, at the age of 43 years, 4 months and 7 days.

Her girlhood days were spent in Aurora, where at an early age she united with the M.E. Church.

Aug. 29, 1925, she was united in marriage to Roy Drew of Keosauqua, Iowa, where they established their home.

She leaves to mourn her untimely death, her husband, Roy Drew, of Keosauqua; her father, Thomas Allen; two brothers, John and Frank Allen and one sister, Mrs. Jennie Hilliard, all of Aurora, Ill., besides her many neighbors and friends by whom she will be greatly missed.

Funeral services were held at the Burnett Funeral Home, Friday afternoon, in charge of the Rev. C.A. Boulton. Interment was in Purdom cemetery.
