MRS. MARY CAPPLEMAN

Mrs. Mary Cappleman, 72 years old a native of Farmington, Iowa, and a resident of San Bernardino district for the past ten years, died, Aug. 26 at a San Bernardino hospital. Her home was at 896 Hazel St., San Bernardino, Calif.

Surviving Mrs. Cappleman are her husband, William P. Cappleman, San Bernardino; three daughters, Mrs. Neva Johnson, of Farmington, Iowa; Mrs. Edna Brink, of San Diego, Cal., Mrs. Elizabeth Bishop of San Bernardino; two sons, William and Paul Cappleman of Bernardino (sic); a sister, Amy Tobin of Rockford, Ill., 15 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 at the I. M. Knopsnyder and Son chapel in Colton, Calif. The rites were conducted by the Rev. G. R. Saunders of the San Bernardino Free Methodist church. Burial followed in Hermosa cemetery, Colton.

Mrs. L. B. Olsen sang Rock of Ages followed by a soprano and alto duet, In the Garden. Marjorie Reeves at the organ.
