. . . of a family of seven children her early life being spent on a farm near Salem.

**Handwritten: b. 1860

On Dec. 18, 1889, she was married to Charles Ellsworth Jamison. To them was born one son, Don Stewart. Their entire married life was spent in Keosauqua where her husband was a contractor and builder, also sheriff of the county for a number of years.

Mrs. Jamison continued to live in the home here after the death of her husband which was in 1928. She thought much of the home which was always immaculate. Her garden was her pride and joy in the summer. Besides her relatives, she had close friends among her neighbors with whom she enjoyed visiting. In earlier years while in good health she was an attendant at the Methodist church.

Surviving her is her son, Don, also her sister, Mrs. Ella Moore of Cantril, Iowa, and several nieces and nephews. Don and his wife, Willa, live at Bentonsport, Iowa.

Funeral serviced were held in Keosauqua Sunday, Oct. 6, in charge of the Rev. M.E. Hayes. Interment was in the family lot at Purdom cemetery.
