Fred Else

Fred Else, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Else, was born on a farm near Keosauqua, September 3, 1898, and died at the Fairfield hospital, Ortober(sp) 13, 1936, at the age of 38 years. He was united in marriage with Freda Nichols, on Oct. 8, 1921. To this union was born three children, William, 14; Donald, 10, and Dixie, 5.

Besides these he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ada Else, and seven brothers and sisters, they are: S.E. Else, Bess Else, Mrs. G.C. Thomas and Mrs. E.J. McCrary, of Des Moines; Mrs. Ben Schreckengast of Cedar Rapids; Harold Else of Cantril; and Mrs. Joe Workman of Milton; and seven half-brothers and sisters: Mrs. Lizzie Craig, Mrs. Stella Carruthers, and Mrs. Rissie Brill of Keosauqua; Will Else of Montana; Mrs. Sue Stout of Des Moines; Mrs. Marie Proper of San Diego, and John Else of Chicago, and a host of relatives and friends.

Fonetal(funeral) services were held at Pittsburg, in the Methodist church. Burial in Pittsburg cemetery.
