WILLIAM ALEXANDER

William Alexander, colored, the son of James and Hanah Alexander, was born near Moberly, Mo., and departed this life Dec. 23, 1941 at the home of Anna Perkins near Farmington.

He was married to Lula Perkins at Waterloo, Mo., Nov. 9, 1898 and four children were born to this union. He leaves to mourn their loss two children, one sister and other relatives. Five brothers and three sisters preceded him in death. Funeral services were held Dec. 26, with the Rev. Ellis of Farmington Methodist church officiating.
