FORMER STOCKPORT RESIDENT SUCCUMBS

Harve Knowles, a former Stockport resident, was found dead in bed Monday morning at the home of his son, Ralph in Salem, Oreg. He was born near Stockport and most of his life was spent in that vicinity. He was employed as a carpenter a few years in the west and in Florida.

Surviving are two sons, Elmer of Stockport and Ralph of Oregon; four grandchildren, one great grandson, three brothers and two sisters.

Burial will be at Spencer cemetery, probably tomorrow.
