Bertha Lackey.

Bertha, daughter of William and Milleta? Lackey, died at her home in Bonaparte Iowa, Thursday? evening Jan. 30, 1913, aged 26 years, 11 months and eight days. Deceased was born at Vernon, Iowa, Feb. 22, 1886, and came with her parents to Bonaparte when she was two years of age where most of her life has been spent. She leaves to mourn for her, her parents, and a multitude of friends for she was a loving daughter and friend to all that knew her.

The funeral service took place from the home Saturday afternoon, Feb. 1, 1913, Eld. C. V. Allison of Keosauqua Christian Church officiating. She was laid to rest at the Vernon Cemetery.
