CATHERINE LOUISE BICKEL

Catherine Louise (Nelson) Bickel, age 72,passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at St John's Health Center in Springfield, Mo. She was born July 14, 1924 in Mt Sterling, IA the daughter of Sam Nelson an Sadie (Garrett) Nelson. She was united in marriage to Marvin Bickel on February 2, 1947 and to this union three children were born. She is survived by her husband Marvin Bickel of the home; one daughter Lucinda Ray, two sons, Gene Bickel and Marilyn and Ed Bickel and Laura of Springfield, Mo. six grandchildren; Tammy Terra, Tonya, Tyler, Timothy, Tanner, and one great grandchild Trey.

Arrangements are being made by Walnut Lawn Funeral LTD, 2001 W. Walnut Lawn St., Springfield, Mo., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, May 10, 2007. Graveside service will be held at Sunnyside Cemetery at 1:00PM Friday May 11,2007, Milton, Iowa.
